Return eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Customized or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return.
How to request a return
- Email us at contact@rusticmango.com with your order ID and reason.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or finish? Contact us before the return window closes and we will do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
